Perth Parking Management Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Perth Parking Management Amendment Regulations 2004.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2004.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Perth Parking
Management Regulations 1999*.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 item 11 is amended in the column headed “Annual licence fee” as follows:

(a) in subitem (i) by deleting “77.50” and inserting instead —

“ 80.00 ”;

(b) in subitem (ii) by deleting “180.00” and inserting instead —

“ 185.00 ”;

(c) in subitem (iii) by deleting “155.00” and inserting instead —

“ 160.00 ”;

(d) in subitem (iv) by deleting “155.00” and inserting instead —

“ 160.00 ”;

(e) in subitem (v) by deleting “180.00” and inserting instead —

“ 185.00 ”.
