AN ACT to amend the Perth Medical Centre

Act, 1966-1973.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Perth Medical and citation.

Centre Act Amendment Act, 1976.

(2) In this Act the Perth Medical Centre Act,

of 1966 as

amended by

1966-1973 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Perth Medical Centre Act, 1966- 1976.

Section 5

amended. 2. Section 5 of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by deleting the words "five acres", in line four, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "three hectares"; and
(b)	by adding after the word "drainage", being the last word in the section, the passage "or roads, or both drainage and roads".
