AN ACT to amend the Perth Medical Centre

Act, 1966.

[Assented to 6th December, 1973.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Perth Short title an

(2) In this Act the Perth Medical Centre Act, 1966, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Perth Medical Centre Act, 1966-1973.

(b)	removed from the operation of the Transfer of Land Act, 1893;

(2) It is hereby declared that this section shall operate and take effect and shall be deemed to have operated and to have had effect on and from the twelfth day of September, 1968; and such acts, matters and things as are necessary to be done to give effect to this subsection are hereby authorized to be done.
