Made under the Perth Market (Disposal) Act 2015 section 42 by the
Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation

This proclamation is the Perth Market (Disposal) Act 2015
Repeal Proclamation 2016.

2. Perth Market Act 1926 repealed

The Perth Market Act 1926 is repealed on the day on which this
proclamation is published in the Gazette.

Note: Under section 2(2) of the Perth Market (Disposal) Act 2015, Part 6 Division 2
and Part 7 of that Act come into operation on the day on which the Perth
Market Act 1926 is repealed under section 42.
