PERTH MARKET AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1992

Made by the Perth Market Authority and approved of and confirmed by His

Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These by-laws may be cited as the Perth Market Amendment By-laws 1992.

Principal by-laws

2. In these by-laws, the Perth Market By-laws 1990* are referred to as the

principal by-laws.

(a) the proposed purchase or sale (as the case may be); and
(b)
any association that the occupier has with another If
person in relation to the proposed purchase or sale.

By-law 28 amended

3.      By-law 28 of the principal by-laws is amended by repealing sub-bylaw (1)

and substituting the following sub-bylaw —

(1) Where an occupier is engaged or appointed as an agent in respect of the sale or purchase of general produce in the public market and wishes to purchase the produce (whether or not he or she is in association with another person), or sell the produce to a person with whom he or she is in association, the occupier must not purchase or offer to sell the produce unless the person who engaged or appointed the occupier as his or her agent has approved —

Schedule 1 amended

4.     Schedule 1 to the principal by-laws is amended in column 1 by —

(a) inserting after "25", the following sub-bylaw designation —
" (1) "; and
(b) deleting "26" and substituting the following —
