AN ACT to amend " The Perth Drainage Rate

Act, 1875."

[ Assented to, 3rd July, 1878.]

HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Perth Drainage

Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies,WRate Act, 1875 ;" Be it therefore enacted by His

Preamble.

by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

thereof, as follows:—

1 THIS Act may be cited as " The Perth Drainage Rate Act, Short Title.

1875, Amendment Act, 1878."

2 FORTHWITH after the passing of this Act, the Perth City

Council shallpay to the Colonial Treasurer all moneys that they Amount

3 NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained in the said Act
