This notice may be cited as the Personal Protective Equipment Code of Practice Approval Notice 1991 . Commencement 2. This notice commences on 1 May 1992. Approval of code of practice 3. For the purposes of section 34 of the Workplace Health and SafetyAct 1989 , the code of practice entitled “Selection, Provision and Use of Personal Protective Equipment”, a copy of which is published in the same Industrial Gazette as this notice, is approved.
