This Determination is the Personal Property Securities (Migration Time and Registration Commencement Time) Determination .

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 21 November 2011.

  1. Interpretation

In this Determination:

Act means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.

  1. Migration time

For paragraph 306 (1) (b) of the Act, the migration time is the start of 21 November 2011.

  1. Registration commencement time

For paragraph 306 (2) (b) of the Act, the registration commencement time is the start of 30 January 2012.
