Personal Property Securities (Commonwealth Powers)
Amendment Act 2009 No 103

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Personal Property Securities (Commonwealth Powers) Amendment Act 2009, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13 August 2010 as the day on which Schedule 2.1–2.3 and 2.5 to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence amendments to the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003, the Motor Vehicle Repairs Act 1980, the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 and the Valuers Act 2003 to provide for certain licences, certificates and registrations under those Act not to be transferable.
