Personal Property Securities (Ancillary Provisions) (Postponement) Regulation 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Personal Property Securities (Ancillary Provisions) (Postponement) Regulation 2011 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 14 October 2012. (2) In this section— postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the Personal Property Securities (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2010 .
