1CitationThese Regulations may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Liabilities and Damages) Regulations 2003.
2CommencementThese Regulations come into operation on the commencement of section 33 of the Act.
3Exclusion of claims from operation of the Act – section 4(4)A claim or action for damages under the Motor Accidents (Compensation) Act 1979 is excluded from the operation of the Act other than Part 4, Division 6.
