Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

The amendments in these regulations are to the Perry Lakes
Redevelopment Regulations 2006*.

These regulations are the Perry Lakes Redevelopment
Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.            The regulations amended

4.            Regulation 2 amended

Regulation 2(2) is amended by deleting "department of the the Transfer of Land Act 1893." and inserting instead
