An Act to amend the Perry Lakes Redevelopment Act 2005.

[Assented to 8 December 2010]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Perry Lakes Redevelopment Amendment Act 2010

s. 1

1.             Short title

This is the Perry Lakes Redevelopment Amendment Act 2010.

2.             Commencement

This Act comes into operation as follows —

(a)	sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;
(b)	the rest of the Act — on the day after that day.

3.             Act amended

This Act amends the Perry Lakes Redevelopment Act 2005.

4.             Section 36 amended

(1) In section 36(1) insert in alphabetical order:

transition day means the day on which the Perry Lakes

Redevelopment Amendment Act 2010 section 4 comes

into operation.

(2)

In section 36(1) in the definition of relevant local government

delete “situated.” and insert:

situated;

(3)

In section 36(2) delete “completion day” and insert:

transition day
