AN ACT to amend the Permanent Reserves

Act, 1899.

[Assented to, 19th February,' /902.]

DE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and 0 with the advice and consent of the Legislative 'Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same. as follows:—

1.     THIS Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserves Amend- Short title.

ment Act, 1902.

2.     THE Permanent Reserves Act, 1899, is hereby amended by Amendment of

striking out the words " classified as Class B or Class C '' in section section 3 of 63

three of the said Act.-
