AN ACT to excise a portion of Reserve A A 6922, and

portions of Reserve A A 136.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserves Act, Short title.

2. That portion of Reserve At 6922 at Darlington, de- Excision of part of Reserve A A6022.

scribed in Part 1 of the schedule hereto, is excised from the said reserve, and may be disposed of under the provisions of the Land Act, 1898, for residential purposes.

Those portions of Reserve Am136 at Donnybrook, de- scribed in Part 2 of the schedule hereto, are excised from the said reserve, and may be disposed of for the purposes of the Education Department.

THE SCHEDULE.

PART 1.

Greenmount Lots 64, 65, and 143, and so much of Lot 142 as is bounded by lines starting at its South-East corner and extending 0° 3' 16 chains 5 links to its North-East corner; thence 270° 6' S chains 20.7 links along part of its North boundary to the Eastern boundary of Road No. 490; thence 205° 14' 1 chain 47.7 links, 187° 10' 6 chains 71.5 links, 152° 27' 4 chains 30.8 links, 200° 8' 2 chains 84.7 links, and 225° 40' 1 chain 56.4 links along said boundary to the South boundary of Lot 142 aforesaid; and thence 90° 15' 9 chains 53 links along said boundary to the starting point. (78 acres 1 rood 3 perches.)

PART 2.

An area of 4 acres 1 rood 13 perches, bounded by lines starting at the West corner of Wellington Location 622 and extending 334° 17', 1,329 links, along the Eastern side of the Banbury-Donnybrook Road; thence 89° 32', 384.4 links, along part of the Southern boundary of Wellington Location 458; thence by lines along the left bank of the Preston River, 158° 19', 934.1 links, and 136° 12', 456.4 links, and thence 269° 34', 469 links, along a nor- thern boundary of aforesaid Location 622, to the starting point.

Donnybrook Lot 439, being the area bounded by lines starting at the West corner of Wellington Location 622 and extending 334° 17', 431.4 links; thence 64° 17', 296.1 links; thence 1.58° 19', 198.4 links; thence 136° 12', 456.4 links, and thence 269° 34', 469 links, to the starting point.
