AN ACT to enable the Purpose of portions of certain
Reserves to be changed.

| this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :— |

That portion of reserve A A10705 known as Pingelly Lot 135 is excised from the said reserve, to the intent that it may be made available for the purpose of a Soldiers' Memorial Park.

| Power to lease | 4. It shall be lawful for the Bunbury Municipal Council, with the approval of the Governor, to lease a portion or por- tions of reserve A A 4991, not exceeding in the aggregate one acre, for the purpose of public refreshment rooms. |

5 chains, to the North-East corner of Reserve 9249 (Loca- tion 2032); thence Southward along the latter's Eastern boundary to the Northern side of Shenton Road; thence along the latter 90deg 16min., 163 8/10 links; thence Odeg. 12min., 488 4/10 links, to the North boundary of Location 2511, and thence along the latter and that of Location 2112 aforesaid 90deg. 12min. to the starting point. (Area, about 2 acres, is excised from the said reserve.)

Reserve A A 15677, and bounded by lines starting at a point hearing 134deg. 45min. and distant 141.4 links from the South-West corner of Hay Location 100S, and extending S9deg. 45min., 3,998 links; thence 179deg. 51min., 2,116 links; thence 179deg. 48min., 1,395 links; thence 256deg. 23min., 2,212 links; thence 359deg. 47min. 1,000 links; thence 269deg. 47min. about 3,433 links; thence 359deg. 47min., about 2,074 links; thence S9deg. 46min., about 1,594 links, and thence 359deg. 45min., 947.9 links to the starting point.
Also part of same reserve: An area of about 96 acres, and bounded by lines starting from the North-West corner of Hay Location 591, and extending 359deg. 51min., about 1,980 links; thence S9deg. 47min., about 4,840 links, to a. North-West corner of Hay Location 471; thence 179deg. 47min., 1,980 links, to the North-East corner of Hay Location 591 aforesaid, and thence 269deg. 47min., 4,842 links, to the starting point.

An area comprising about 880,000 acres, being part of Reserve A A13873, and bounded by lines starting from a point situate East about 610 chains and South 160 chains from the South-East corner of the Forrest River Mission Reserve 3960, and extending South to the Western bank of the West arm of Cambridge Gulf; thence along the said bank and that of

the Pentecost River to a point opposite Survey Mark FR; thence West

to the summit of Mount Edith; thence Westward to the summit of Mount Dorothy; thence North to a point West of the starting point, and thence East to the starting point.
