AN ACT to reduce the Area of Reserves A A7655, A‘ A9997,

and A A6862, and to annul Reserve A A7469.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by

and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Shoo ttle. 1. This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserves Act,

1920.

That portion of Reserve A A7655, bounded by lines starting from the South-West corner of Wellington Location 3610, and extending along its South boundary 50 chains East; thence South 60 chains; thence West to the road from Man- durah to Bunbury, and thence along said road Northwards to the starting point; containing 240 acres, is hereby excised from the said reserve.

That portion of Reserve A A9997 (being portion of South-West corner of Bunbury Town Lot 340, and extending S9deg. 7 min., 700 links, to the Western side of High Street; (hence 181deg. 5min., 385.1 links, to the Northern boundary

starting from a point in the South-Western boundary of said lot situate 42 chains 79 5/10 links from its West corner, and extending along the Northern side of a surveyed road 72deg. 1.0min., 40 9/10 links; 75deg. 20min., 14 chains 77 8/10 links; and 89deg. 43min., about 4 chains 45 links, to the Western shore of Oyster Harbour; thence South-Eastward .along the same to Emu Point; thence South-Westward along the North- ern shore of King George Sound to a point in prolongation South-Eastward of the South-Western boundary of Subur- ban Lot 356 aforesaid; thence along the same 321deg. 19min., about 30 chains 70 links, to the starting point, is hereby ex- cised from the said reserve.
