AN ACT to enable the purpose of Reserve AAl2391 and of portion of Reserve AA9337 to be changed.

[Assented to 17th March, 1915.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserves Act, 1915.

Short title.

That portion of Reserve AA9337 adjacent to Reserve Am9338, having a frontage of 235 links to Subiaco Road and a

frontage of 235 links to Mueller Road and a depth of 90L6 links, is excised therefrom, and may be reclassified either as of Class A or Class B, and dedicated to such public purpose as to the Governor may seem fit

(1.) It shall be lawful for the West Australian Conference of Seventh Day Adventists, Incorporated, to surrender to the Crown

the purpose of

its lease of Reserve A A 12391 (Subiaco) on the demise by the

Crown of other land in exchange.

(2.) On the said reserve being surrendered as aforesaid, it shall cease to be dedicated to the purpose of a Church for the Seventh Day Adventists and may be reclassified as of Class A or Class B and dedicated to such public purpose as to the Governor may seem fit.
