AN ACT to enable the purpose of Reserve AAl2391 and of portion of Reserve AA9337 to be changed.

| 1. | This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserves Act, 1915. | Short title. |

| That portion of Reserve AA9337 adjacent to Reserve Am9338, having a frontage of 235 links to Subiaco Road and a | Power to excise |

| frontage of 235 links to Mueller Road and a depth of 90L6 links, is excised therefrom, and may be reclassified either as of Class A or Class B, and dedicated to such public purpose as to the Governor may seem fit |

| (1.) It shall be lawful for the West Australian Conference of Seventh Day Adventists, Incorporated, to surrender to the Crown | Power to change |

| (2.) On the said reserve being surrendered as aforesaid, it shall cease to be dedicated to the purpose of a Church for the Seventh Day Adventists and may be reclassified as of Class A or Class B and dedicated to such public purpose as to the Governor may seem fit. |
