AN ACT to enable the purposes of portions of

certain Permanent Reserves to be changed.

[Assented to 24th December, 1912.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-	1)E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and3 with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and
ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :--

1.     This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserves Act, 1912. Short title.

The Governor may revoke the dedication and classification change of purpose

2.   of portion of

of portion of the lands comprised in Reserve 11392, that is to say, Reserve 11392

of Toodyay lots 31 and 32, and may dedicate such lots to such purpose as he may think advisable, and classify such lots as of Class

A, B, or C, as he may deem expedient.

3. The Reserve numbered AA (South Perth) is hereby can- Cancellation of 1663

celled, and the land comprised therein is hereby added to and shall Reserve ilia	AA
henceforth be a portion of the Reserve numbered A10250.

Portion of 4. 'that portion of Reserve AA which is defined in the Schedule

AA 1720

Reserve 1720	shall, on the passing of this Act, cease to be reserved for the
vested in Minister
of Water Supply,	purposes for which it has hitherto been reserved and to be under
Drainage.
Sewerage, and	the control of the Board of Parks and Reserves, and shall vest for an estate in fee simple in the Minister of Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage.

SCHEDULE.

That portion of "A." Reserve 1720 (King's Park), containing 7a. Or. 22p., bounded by lines starting from a point in the north-east boundary of Reserve 1676 (reservoir) situate 1 chain 76 links from its east corner, and extending along the reservoir fence in a north-westerly direction about 2 chains 38 links; thence', 296° 23' 45" 10 chains 78t6 links; thence 95125, links along the arc of a

circle having a radius of 60f6 links ; thence 206° 23' 45" 9 chains 84,,Q,

links; thence 9545 links along the arc of a circle having a radius of

60,0 links; thence 116' 23' 45" 4 chains 60 links; thence 1 chain 571-6 links along the arc of a circle having a radius of 3 chains 3 links ; thence 146° 34' 2 chains 93A links to the reservoir fence aforesaid and along it north-easterly to the south-west boundary of Reserve 1676; thence north- westerly, north-easterly, and south-easterly along the south-west, north-west, and north-east boundariei, of said Reserve 1676 to the starting point, as the said portion of the said Reserve is delineated and shown on plan number 15049 of the Public Works Department of Western Australia and on Resumption plan 621.
