AN ACT to enable the purposes of portions of

certain Permanent Reserves to be changed.

[Assented to 24th December, 1912.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :--

1.     This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserves Act, 1912. Short title.

The Governor may revoke the dedication and classification change of purpose

That portion of "A." Reserve 1720 (King's Park), containing 7a. Or. 22p., bounded by lines starting from a point in the north-east boundary of Reserve 1676 (reservoir) situate 1 chain 76 links from its east corner, and extending along the reservoir fence in a north-westerly direction about 2 chains 38 links; thence', 296° 23' 45" 10 chains 78t6 links; thence 95125, links along the arc of a

circle having a radius of 60f6

links ; thence 206° 23' 45" 9 chains 84,,Q,

links; thence 9545 links along the arc of a circle having a radius of

60,0 links; thence 116' 23' 45" 4 chains 60 links; thence 1 chain 571-6 links along the arc of a circle having a radius of 3 chains 3 links ; thence 146° 34' 2 chains 93A links to the reservoir fence aforesaid and along it north-easterly to the south-west boundary of Reserve 1676; thence north- westerly, north-easterly, and south-easterly along the south-west, north-west, and north-east boundariei, of said Reserve 1676 to the starting point, as the said portion of the said Reserve is delineated and shown on plan number 15049 of the Public Works Department of Western Australia and on Resumption plan 621.
