AN ACT to change the dedication of portions

of Permanent Reserves numbered 2 and

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserves Act, 1911. Short title.

2.     All that piece or parcel of land described in the First Change of purpose

Land Act, 1898.

All that portion of Bunbury Town Lot 352 situated North of a straight line extending West from the South-West corner of the Northern moiety of Bunbury Town Lot 122, to the Western boundary of Bunbury Town Lot 352, and now with other lands vested in the said municipality in trust for public recreation and to transfer the same to the purchaser in fee simple dis- charged from the said trust:

Provided that the proceeds of sale shall be applied by the said

municipality to the improvement of the said recreation ground.

All that piece or parcel of laud being portion of Reserve 18%-ti bounded by lines

starting from a point situate 859° 49' 70 6/10 links from the South-West corner of Melville Suburban Lot 82, and extending 359° 49' 4 chains 29 4/10 links ; thence 269° 55' 1 chain; thence 179° 49- 2 chains 61 4/10 links ; and thence 149" 5' 1 chain 95 7/10 links to the starting point, and containing an area of 1 rood 15 2/10 perches.

That piece or parcel of land being portion of Reserve A—A- and containing one

thousand acres, bounded on the South and East by lines extending West 100 chains and 1\1 orth 100 chains from a point situated 50 chains East of the 24- mile post on the Karridale-Busselton Road ; the opposite boundaries being. parallel and equal.
