AN ACT to enable the Melville Road Board to lease a

portion of Reserve A A 4813 (Point Walter).

[Assented to 6th December, 1921.]

-D E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by

_IUOPand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserve (Point Short title.

Walter) Act, 1921.

2.    It shall be lawful for the Melville Road Board, with the Authority to lease.

approval of the Governor, to lease a portion or portions of

Reserve A A 4813, not exceeding in the aggregate one acre,

for the purpose of public refreshment rooms:

Provided that this power to lease shall not extend to any

portion of the reserve within fifty yards of the foreshore.
