AN ACT to amend the Boundaries of Re-

serve A*1720 (The King's Park).

[Assented to 7th August, 1917.]

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andLegislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.     This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserve (Ring's Short title.

Park Act), 1917.

2.      That portion described in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Amendment of

Act of the King's Park (Reserve A A1720) is hereby excised boundaries.

therefrom, and revested in His Majesty, and Perth Suburban Lot 127, containing three acres three roods and eleven perches or thereabouts, and that portion of a Government road described in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Act, are hereby included in and shall form part of the King's Park (Reserve A4\1720), such portion of the said road being hereby closed.

THE SCHEDULE.

PART I.

That portion of Reserve AM 720 commeucing at the North-East corner of Perth Suburban Lot 131, and extending 75° 23', 3 chains 544 links, thence 147° 11', 3 chains 49 links ; thence 172° 21', 3 chains 9 3.5r, links ; thence 185° 25', 2 chains 634 links ; thence 256° 22', 3 chains 33 links ; thence 345° 12', 8 chains 874 links. to the point of commencement ; containing 3 acres 2 roods 2410 perches or thereabouts.

PART II.

That portion of a Government road commencing at the North-East corner of Perth Suburban Lot 127, and extending 345° 3', 1 chain ; thence 255° 23', 2 chains 89 AT links ; thence 179° 36', 1 chain 3,15 links, to the North-West corner of Perth Suburban Lot 127 ; thence 75° 23', 3 chains 15-4 links, to the point of commencement, containing 0 acres 1 rood 84 perches or thereabouts.
