AN ACT to authorise the granting of

Mineral Leases on Reserve 7537.

[Assented to 17th November, 1916.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserve Act, 1916. Short title.

2. It shall be lawful for the Governor to grant, under the Power to grantMineral Lease of

provisions of Division (3) of Part V. of the Mining Act, 1904, a

portion of Reserve.
