AN ACT to excise a portion of Permanent

Reserve AA 9528.

[Assented to 8th December, 1915.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserve Act, 1915.

Short title.

That portion described in the Schedule hereto of Reserve

Excision of portion

AA 9528 (Stirling Estate, Forestry Reserve) is excised therefrom,

of Reserve.

and shall cease to be dedicated to the purpose for which the

reserve was made.

THE SCHEDULE.

That portion of Stirling Estate Lot 60, being portion of " A " Reserve 9528, containing about 50 acres, bounded by lines starting from the Northernmost angle in the boundary of the said Lot, and extending 251 degrees 3 minutes 19 chains 1 link ; thence 204 degrees 29 minutes 10 chains ; thence Eastward to the South corner of Lot 231 ; thence 42 degrees 30 minutes 8 chains to its East corner ; thence 312 degrees 30 minutes about 8 chains to its North corner ; and thence 270 degrees 31 minutes 19 chains 41 links to the starting point.
