AN ACT to enable the Purpose of portion of

Reserve 14s 3 to be changed.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserve Act, 1915. Short title.

2.    That portion described in the Schedule hereto of Reserve Power to excise

portion of Reserve

14803 (Park Lands and Recreation, Merredin) is excised there- AA14803. AA

from, and may be included in or used in connection with the Gov-

ernment Railway Reserve 10359.

THE SCHEDULE.

That portion of Reserve 14803 at Merredin, lying Southward of the produc-

tion Westward of the Northernmost boundary of Merredin Lot 49.
