AN ACT for the Cancellation of Reserve A *4566 and the

inclusion of the Land in the Daglish Townsite.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :-

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserve

Cancellation of 2.

The reservation of the land comprised in Reserve A £4566, classified as of Class A, is hereby cancelled, and such land is hereby included in the Daglish Town- site.
