AN ACT to enable portion of Reserve A4,1162 to be
excised therefrom.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of
the same, as follows:—

Power to excise
That portion of reserve At1162 (Perth town lot 55, Parliament House site) described in the Schedule to this Act may, with the approval of the Joint House Committee, be ex- cised from the reserve for the purpose of widening Malcolm street.

THE SCHEDULE.
A strip of land bounded by lines starting from a point on the northern
alignment of Malcolm street situate 240 degrees 53 minutes 3 chains
94 5/10th links from the eastern corner of reserve At1162 (Perth town
lot 1155), and extending 336 degrees 53 minutes 50 links; thence 246 de- grees 53 minutes 10 chains 22 1/10th links to the tangent point of a circular curve, the bearing and distance of whose radius is 330 degrees 53 minutes and 75 7/10th links from said tangent point; thence by said circular curve north-westerly 1 chain 77 1/10th links to the eastern align- ment of Harvest terrace; thence 200 degrees 58 minutes 2 chains 48 2/10th links to the said northern alignment of Malcolm street; and thence 66 degrees 53 minutes 12 chains 49 1/10th links to the starting point.
