AN ACT to enable portion of Reserve A A 1162 to

be excised therefrom.

[Assented to 31st December, 1924.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Permanent Reserve short title.

(A+1162) Act, 1924.

2.    That portion of Reserve A+ 1162 (Perth Town Lot H55, Power to excise

Parliament House site) described in the schedule to this Act Amur Reserve

may, with the approval of the Joint House Committee, be

excised from the reserve for the purpose of widening Hay

Street.

THE SCHEDULE.

A strip of land, 40 links wide, extending East-South-Eastward from the North- West corner of the present reserve, along the Southern side of Hay Street, to the inter- section with the South-Western side of George Street.
