Periodic Detention of Prisoners (Short Description of Offences) Repeal Regulation 1998 (NSW)

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Justices Act 1902.

This Regulation is the Periodic Detention of Prisoners (Short Description of Offences) Repeal Regulation 1998.

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.

3Repeal(1)

The Periodic Detention of Prisoners (Short Description of Offences) Regulation 1993 is repealed.

Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Periodic Detention of Prisoners (Short Description of Offences) Regulation 1993, had effect under (or was done for the purposes of) that Regulation continues to have effect under (or is taken to have been done for the purposes of) the Periodic Detention of Prisoners Regulation 1995.
