from the bonded warehouses thereof shall be and the same is hereby fixed at tbe rate of three shillings and sixpence for each and every imperial gallon thereof without regard to strength anything in any other Act to the contrary notwithstanding.
EIHEll.
Provided nevertheless That the Act shall be deemed and con strued to apply only to such spirits as are usually known as perfumery made up and labelled as such contained in flasks or bottles of not more than a pint each and if any question shall arise whether any spirits claimed to be introduced under the advantages established by this xict be of the description hereby defined the same shall be deter mined by the Collector or other Chief Officer of Customs at the port where such spirits shall be entered for home consumption.
