Perder Investments Pty Ltd v Lightowler

Perder Investments Pty Ltd sought judicial review of a decision by the Protected Zone Joint Authority to refuse a transfer of a Torres Strait Fishing Boat Licence from Colin Richard Dwyer and Joy Olive Dwyer to Perder Investments Pty Ltd.
