Application for approval of the Pentair Flow Control Southern Cross 2013 Enterprise Agreement.

[1] An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Pentair Flow Control Southern Cross 2013 Enterprise Agreement (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). The agreement is a single-enterprise agreement.

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss186, 187 and 188 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Fair Work Commission notes and accepts the undertakings provided by the employer and they are taken to be a term of the Agreement. A copy of the undertakings are attached to this decision as Annexure A

[4] The Agreement is approved. In accordance with s.54(1) it will operate from 29 May 2014. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2016.
