AN ACT to extend the provisions of the Pensioners (Rates Exemption) Act, 1922, to members of the Forces within the meaning of the Australian Soldiers' Repatriation Act (Commonwealth), 1920-1935, in receipt of Service Pensions granted under the provisions of Division 5 of Part HI. of that Act.

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Pensioners (Rates

Exemption) Act Amendment Act, 1936, and shall be read as one with the Pensioners (Rates Exemption) Act, 1922 (No. 18 of 1923), hereinafter called the prin- cipal Act.
