An Act to repeal the Twenty-seventh Victoria, No. 18, intituled An Ordinance to regulate the Pensioners' Benevolent Society.'

Preamble HEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Ordinance passed in the

twenty-seventh year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen

Victoria, intituled 'An Ordinance to areulate the Pensioners' Benevo-	W
lent Society': Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor

of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :— 27 Vie., No. 18

1. The said recited Act is hereby repealed. repealed
