1      Name of plan

This plan is Penrith Local Environmental Plan No 188 (Amendment

No 6).

2      Aim of plan

The aim of this plan is to zone land with a deferred status as Zone No 2

(Urban Zone) under Penrith Local Environment Plan No 188.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Penrith Local Environmental Plan No 188 (Amendment No 6)” deposited in the office of the Penrith City Council.

4 Amendment of Penrith Local Environmental Plan No 188

Penrith Local Environmental Plan No 188 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 6 (1) the following words:
