This Plan is Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Dunheved Circuit, St Marys, being Lots 212 and 213,

DP 31909.

4 Amendment of Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Lots 212 and 213, DP 31908” from Part 2.

Insert instead “Lots 212 and 213, DP 31909”.
