Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 1–45, DP 1194171, being:

(a)	10, 12, 14, 14A, 16, 16A, 18 and 18A Angophora Avenue, Kingswood, and
(b)	1, 2–4, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 and 21 Burrawang Close, Kingswood, and
(c)	48, 50, 52, 54 and 56 Casuarina Circuit, Kingswood, and
(d)	3–8 and 10–23 Macadamia Court, Kingswood.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
