1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 19).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)

(ii)	part of Lots 1106 and 1107, DP 709078, being part of 25 and 29 Chameleon Drive,

(iv)	part of Lot 1444, DP 788282, being part of 27A Phoenix Crescent,
(v)	Lot 3280, DP 786811, 73 Swallow Drive,
