This Plan is Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 18).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

This Plan applies to the following land at Penrith:

(b)	13–61 Union Road (Lots 16 and 17, Section 2, DP 976320).
