Penrith Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Urban Land)

under the

2 Aims of plan
This plan aims to revive the operation of Interim Development Order No 75—City of Penrith and Penrith Local Environmental Plan No 52 (that were inadvertently repealed on the making of Penrith Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Urban Land)) in so far as they apply to the land to which this plan applies (being land that was marked respectively as “land excluded” from the 1998 plan and “deferred matter” on the map accompanying the 1998 plan). Except for a small parcel of land under Penrith Local Environmental Plan No 52 that was excluded from the operation of the 1998 plan and is not the subject of this plan, the remaining land under the repealed instruments was brought under the provisions of the 1998 plan at the time of its making.
