Penalties and Sentences Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Penalties and Sentences Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 March 2013. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PenaltiesandSentencesRegulation 2005. 4 Amendment of s 2A (Value of penalty unit for particular purposes—Act, s 5(1)(b)) (1) Section 2A(2), ‘$100’— omit, insert — ‘$110’.
