s1 2 s4 Penalties and Sentences Amendment Regulation No. 128, 2005 (No. 1) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Penalties and Sentences Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PenaltiesandSentencesRegulation 1992. 4 Replacement of s 3A (Drug diversion courts—Act, s 15B) Section 3A— omit, insert — ‘3A Drug diversion courts—Act, s 15B ‘The following are prescribed for section 15B of the Act— (a) each Childrens Court constituted by a magistrate; (b) each Magistrates Court. 1 ’.
