s1 2 s4 Penalties and Sentences Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 No. 56, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Penalties and Sentences Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Penalties and Sentences Regulation 1992. 3 Insertion of new ss 3A and 3B After section 3— insert— ‘3A Drug diversion courts—Act, s 15B ‘Each of the following courts is prescribed for the definition “drug diversion court” for section 15B 1 of the Act— (a) a Magistrates Court held in the Central division of the Brisbane Magistrates Courts district; (b) the Childrens Court constituted by a magistrate held in the Central division of the Brisbane Magistrates Courts district. ‘3B Prescribed dangerous drugs and prescribed quantities—Act, s 15D ‘The schedule sets out— (a) the dangerous drugs prescribed for the definition “prescribed dangerous drug” for section 15D 2 of the Act; and (b) for each prescribed dangerous drug, the quantity prescribed for the definition “prescribed quantity” for section 15D of the Act.’. 4 Insertion of new schedule After section 17— 1 Section 15B (Definitions for div 1) of the Act 2 Section 15D (Meaning of “eligible drug offence”) of the Act
