Pearling (General) Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Pearling (General)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2002.

1. Commencement

   These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2002.

2. The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Pearling
(General) Regulations 1991*

1. Regulation 6 amended

   Regulation 6(1) is amended as follows:

(a)

in paragraph (a) by deleting "$1600.00" and inserting " $1850.00

(b)	in paragraph (b) by deleting "$275.00" and inserting instead -
" 580 ";

44 $320.00

(c) in paragraph (c) by deleting '$275.00" and inserting instead -

$320.00 ".

1. Regulation 8 amended

   Regulation 8 is amended by deleting "$55.00" in each place where it occurs and inserting instead -

   " $65.00 ".

2. Regulation 9 amended

   Regulation 9 is amended as follows:

   (a) by deleting "500" and inserting instead -

(b)

by deleting "55" in each place where it occurs and " 65 ";

(c) by deleting "310" and inserting instead — " 360 ".
