PEARLING ACT 1990

PEARLING (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Pearling (General) Amendment	Regulations (No. 2) 1995.
Commencement
2. These regulations come into operation on 1 January 1996.
Principal regulations
3. In these regulations the Pearling (General) Regulation 1991* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 6 amended

4.      Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) following — in paragraph (a), by deleting 1228.00" and substituting the

" $1 600.00 '';

(b) following — in paragraph (b), by deleting "$285.00" and substituting the

" $275.00 "; and

(c) following — in paragraph (c), by deleting "$285.00" and substituting the

" $275.00 ".

Regulation 8 amended

5.      Regulation 8 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) following — in paragraph (a), by deleting 123.00" and substituting the

" $55.00

(b)	in paragraph (b), by deleting 193.00" and substituting the	following —
"	$55.00	"; and
(c)	following —	in paragraph (c), by deleting 123.00" and substituting the
"	$55.00	".

Regulation 9 amended

6.      Regulation 9 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in paragraph (a), by deleting 1285.00" and substituting the following —

"	$500.00
(b)	in paragraph (b), by deleting 1285.00" and substituting the following —
" $55.00 ";
(c)	in paragraph (c), by deleting 1285.00" and substituting the following —
" $55.00 "; and
(d)	in paragraph (d), by deleting "calculated at the rate of 33 cents per pearl oyster forming part of that quota" and substituting the

following

of $310.00 ".
