FISHERY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1994

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Pearling (Application of Pearling

(General) Regulations 1991 to Joint Authority Pearl Oyster Fishery)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1994.

Regulation 3 amended

2. Regulation 3 of the Pearling (Application of Pearling (General) Regulations 1991 to Joint Authority Pearl Oyster Fishery) Regulations 1993* is amended by deleting "1 July 1993" and substituting the following —

1 July 1994 ".
