Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Pearling (Application of Pearling

(General) Regulations 1991 to Joint Authority Pearl Oyster Fishery)

Amendment Regulations 1994.

Regulation 3 amended

2. Regulation 3 of the Pearling (Application of Pearling (General) Regulations 1991 to Joint Authority Pearl Oyster Fishery) Regulations* is amended by deleting "1 June" and substituting the following —

" 1 July
