AN ACT to amend the Third Schedule to the Pearling

Act, 1912-1932.

two of the Act No. 14 of 1931 respectively, and by adding, in lieu thereof, to the said Third Schedule a proviso, as follows:—

Provided that the fee for

(a) a ship license; and

(b)

a pearl dealer's license of any kind

may be fixed from time to time by the Minister at such lesser amount than the amount prescribed by this Schedule for such license, as the Minister may think fit.
