AN ACT to amend the Third Schedule to the Pearling

Act, 1912-4929.

[Assented to 18th August, 1931.]

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by 1.) and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Pearling Act Amendment

Act, 1931, and shall be read as one with the Pearling Act,

1912-1929, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment of

2.

The third schedule to the principal Act is amended by

third schedule.

adding thereto a further proviso, as follows:

"Provided further, that the fee for a ship license for a ship used merely as a tender to a pearling ship and not used in the actual fishing for pearl-shell or pearls, may be fixed from time to time by the Minister at such lesser fee than ten pounds, as he may think fit."

Act as amended.

Citation of principal 3. The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited

as the Pearling Act, 1912-1931.
