PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIA	By His Excellency the Honourable Sir Francis

Governor.	Australia. Knight Commander of the Most Distin-
[LS.]	guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Queen's Counsel, Governor of the State of Western Australia.

I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Pearling Act 1990 with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby fix 1 January 1991 as the day on which all the provisions of that Act shall come into operation.
